Our "cottage" is located in the city, but also on 6 acres of wooded land. It is very private for those wanting to enjoy a more natural scene. This is the perfect spot for a couple to come and get away from it all, while still enjoying a close proximity to downtown, historic Thomasville. Views of trees and wildlife from the windows give it a very secluded feel. Please note that smoking is not allowed anywhere! If you smoke this is not the place for you.

Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio. This space is a historic building that was originally a gulf gas station and then a radiator shop for over 60 years. It has been converted into an adorable studio apartment. The main room has a queen bed, sofa, chairs, coffee table, blackout curtains and tv. The Second room has single bed with a trundle, table chairs and kitchenette.

My place is a 10 minute walk to parks, restaurants and the historical and Southern Living recognized, downtown area. You’ll love my place because of the back yard, the comfy bed, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
