Orig. from Germany, we love our little paradise on Ruth Lake and would like to share it with you. We live on the same property, there is enough room to respect each other's privacy. You are welcome to the gifts of nature and the use of kayak, canoe, fishing boat( licen.) bicycles. We are very well travelled and know exactly how nice it is to find a welcoming home away from home. Our home is your home. This is our beautifully renovated guest cabin looking onto the lake and we look forward to sharing this beautiful piece of the Cariboo with you. The rail trail is minutes away and is great for walking or cycling and goes right around Wood Lake (Turtle Bay pub is a great stop on this route) as well as along the shore of Kalamalka Lake right into Vernon. There are great hikes, skiing (Big White and Silverstar), mountain biking, golf and vineyards all around and there are buses to Vernon or Kelowna a short walk away
