Located in Morzine's iconic Peter Pan building this newly renovated 1st floor 2-bed apartment with parking boasts a spacious and airy interior, adorned with a tasteful, neutral decor that creates a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere. Less than a 10 minute walk to the start of Morzine's great array of shops, bars & restaurants and just 5 minutes to the nearest ski bus stop, the apartments location ensures you sleep peacefully at night but are still able to access everything relatively quickly.

Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour les disponibilités. Un séjour dans un décor atypique , avec salle de bain et wc privatif dans chaque chambre. Sur place boulangerie. Départ des pistes de ski de fond et Raquettes (location sur place), VTT, sentiers de randonnée... Véronique et Fabien MOREL vous mettent gratuitement à disposition , lit bébé, chaise haute, poussette , landau ...pour votre enfant ainsi que des raquettes à neige, des luges.
