Whether you are fishing from the 50-foot seawall (dock up to 2 boats), swimming in the heated fully-screened pool, kayaking into King's Bay right outside our canal hanging out with manatees, or boating in the Gulf of Mexico, there is something for everyone. Fully equipped kitchen, indoor laundry, and plenty of parking (RVs with approval; up to 8 vehicles). Dog friendly! Includes 4 kayaks with paddles. Upstairs loft and downstairs bedroom both feature king beds, TVs, workspace, and extra sleeping options. Renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
