È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.

Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer luxuriösen Küche, einem modernen Bad und einem tollen Garten.
