In der gemütlichen Garden Suite mit ca. 40 m² fühlen Sie sich als Gast geborgen. Sie schlafen in einem komfortablen Boxspringbett (160 x 200 cm). Die Suite besitzt eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad besitzt eine Rainshower-Dusche. Die überdachten Aussensitzplätze gehen nahtlos in die ca. 60 m² grosse Rasenfläche über. An der Sitzgruppe im Aussenbereich oder auf den 2 Liegestühlen können Sie die wundervolle Natur und das La Gioia Feeling mit Rundum-Seeblick geniessen.

Il piccolo appartamentino si trova a Coglio a pochi km da Maggia. La zona offre angolini paradisiaci, bellissime passeggiate nella natura e fiume maggia distante ca. 3 minuti a piedi. Comodo passaggio alla pista ciclabile e a pochi metri dalla fermata del bus per Locarno. Si trova inoltre di fronte al ristorante Eco hotel cristallina dove è possibile prenotare per la colazione o un buon pasto con specialità a km 0. Ottimo per un soggiorno romantico o con amici ma anche con tutta la famiglia.

Der gemütliche Bungalow steht gemeinsam mit unserem Rustico auf einer am Südhang gelegenen grossen Waldlichtung, welche von Kastanien-/Laub-Mischwald umgeben und in 8 Gehminuten vom Parkplatz aus erreichbar ist. Die idyllische Quellwasser-Bade-Oase auf dem ruhigen Natur-Gelände lädt zum Baden und Geniessen ein. FKK/Naturismus ist auf dem ganzen Gelände erlaubt - wir praktizieren ihn selbst. Wandern ist direkt von hier aus möglich und die Tessiner Städte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.

From the house you have a fantastic view towards Locarno/Ascona over Lake Maggiore. The house, newly renovated and in a quiet location, has a large garden on several levels, a pergola and various seating areas. A wonderful pool is available for shared use with the host family. Parking is available, but also easily accessible by public transport, next bus stop 10min walk. It is an excellent starting point for wonderful hikes and excursions into the Verzasca Valley.

Die Pergola mit Blick auf den See sowie ein Tischchen hinter dem Haus unter dem Feigenbaum ist zur eigenen Benutzung. Der See ist in 7 - 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Restaurants am See in 15 Minuten. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt
