Casa indipendente, si trova nel nucleo vecchio di Melide ed è arredata. Melide è un paesino turistico, c'è una panetteria/pasticceria aperta 6 giorni su 7, la coop é accessibile anche a piedi (8 min) e ci sono anche dei buoni ristoranti, alcuni si affacciano direttamente sul lago. C'è una bellissima passeggiata sul lago (di fronte alla casa) e un percorso vita nel bosco (dietro casa). L'energia del luogo é singolare, pacifica e rigenerante. Si può prenotare il padel per godersi il lago.
