Just 12 minutes from Locarno, 3 minutes to the Brissago Islands, and a stroll to Lido Brissago.

2006 erstellte 3,5 Zimmer-Loftwohnung für 4 Personen in unabhängigem Hausteil. Das Haus liegt im alten Dorfkern von Guasti. Ruhig gelegen, privater Platz direkt vor dem Haus, verkehrsfrei. Großes Wohnzimmer, Kamin, Sofaecke, moderne Wohnküche. Galerie mit Sofa + TV. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschtisch. 2 WC. Mitbenützung von Pool in unserem Nachbarhaus. Ping-Pong, Tischfussball, Grill.

Modern Studio / Loft "Al Paradiso"

Modern loft / studio with balcony and panoramic lake view. The 1.5 room apartment with separate entrance is located a few meters above the old town of Locarno. A very modern design distinguishes both the architecture and the furnishing of the apartment. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons; a cot can be added. The visitor's tax Fr. 3.25 per person + day has to be paid additionally in cash at the landlord.

Loft for 2 guests situated in a former chocolate Factory in Blenio Valley, a little paradise for outdoor activities: walking, skiing, Cross-country skiing, biking, hiking, climbing, river bathing, exploring... holidays!
