Lo Chalet, ristrutturato in un open space, mantiene le caratteristiche tipiche di una casa rurale leventinese. Il terrazzo offre un tavolo e il grill per piacevoli pranzi e cene avvolti da un suggestivo panorama. Sole, prati, boschi e montagne accompagneranno le vostre passeggiate mentre cieli stellati, le vostre serate.

La casa è stata ristrutturata con amore per i dettagli, gli ambienti risultano caldi ed accoglienti. Arrivando nel vostro giardino privato rimarrete senza parole dalla vista mozzafiato che domina il panorama. Cademario è il posto ideale per rilassarvi immersi nella natura, da qui si possono raggiungere diversi sentieri per escursionisti e mountain bikers. Dall' 01.10 all'01.06 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot per immergervi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa.

Studio 2 mit Kochnische und Bad

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Die geräumige Duplex-/Maisonette-Appartement in der antiken Villa Rocchetta CH, wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail, ausgesuchten natürlichen Baustoffen, neu renoviert. Auf der grossen Terrasse, oder den weiteren 3 kleinen Balkonen, kann man die herrliche Aussicht auf den Luganersee genießen. Wer schwindelfrei und etwas mutig ist, kann den Panorama-Blick vom Turm bestaunen, der Teil der Wohnung ist. Der Umschwung bietet zahlreiche idyllischen Gartensitzplätzen zum Verweilen und geniessen.
