The Beach house

Why a hotel when for a few dollars more you can have all the amenities of home. We are sure you will love your stay at what we call the "Beach House". Though you are not around sandy beaches, we've made ever attempt to make sure while you are here, you feel like you are on a beach vacation. Whether a night, or a week, you will enjoy your stay gathering around the 75" big screen or outside on the patio barbecuing on the grill. No chance of seasickness here, just a good stay while you're away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and spacious spot. Private house in a picturesque setting at the end of a dead-end street with ravine below. Three true bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining room plus separate living and family rooms. Tons of additional places to spread out including finished basement with bar, large back yard and several decks. Close to Hedges-Boyer park, Tiffin University, Heidelberg and downtown. Lake Erie, Put-in Bay, Kelley’s Island, Cedar Point all less than 1 hour.

All three bedrooms have hotel quality king sized mattresses and smart TVs, both bathrooms offer custom tile showers, the living room is furnished with 2 full sized leather sofas and a swivel chair and a 70” smart TV. Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment adjacent to our house, with 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.
