17th Floor Condo with Sunset Views

This is a 2 Bed/2 Bath condo. The large balcony provides seating and tables to enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. We are located in tower 3 and you will have a view of the ocean and beach. The balcony faces north west, so you will not miss a sunset. You will also have some shade during the morning and early afternoons for the times you don't want the sun exposure. Provided are all basic kitchen appliances, dishes, towels and linens. The unit is directly on the beach with tremendous views. It is in a 10 story building, with the unit being on the 9th floor. Unit has direct westerly views from your own private balcony, and features direct access to the beach. There is a very nice restaurant downstairs called Sunset Grill (we have provided menus with the pictures of the unit). Everything you need (including beach chairs, towels, cooler, and toys) is provided to make your stay simple. There simply is not a better view!

Less than 5 minute walk to public beach entrance next to JW Marriott. Bikes and games for the family, and a washer and dryer available.
