Cuenta con 2 habitaciones con cama matrimonial y 1 sofa cama en el living que se transforma en dos camas individuales, baño, cocina equipada y amplio living, deck, wifi(No apto straming o meeting) , parrilla exterior, jardín. El predio es de 45 metros sobre el rio sarmiento, hay dos deck sobre el rio y muelle privado de ascenso y descenso para los ocupantes del predio
