Just a 20 minute drive from Bath or Wells, Whippletree Cottage sleeps four people. An open plan kitchen/living room and lovely walk in shower room complete the picture; underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner keep you cosy on those winter evenings. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, Whippletree Cottage enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate dogs in Whippletree Cottage.

Private, cosy space with double bed, hotplate, kettle, heater, tea & coffee, many books & magazines, and a covered area for morning tea with the birds. Glamping for a fraction of the cost with electricity, but no shower or sink. Water is provided in a 10l container, chemical flushing toilet in the same room. 20 mins from Bath, 20 mins from Wells, 30 mins from Bristol. Free road parking. Own car ideal, but 522 Bristol/Bath bus runs hourly.

A cosy, stone built, terrace cottage in the heart of Timsbury - a perfect hideaway for 2. Freshly painted through out (spring 2024). The local co-op and pub are 5 minutes walk along the lane. A memorial garden at the top of the lane allows you to take a seat in the fresh air. The tiny chip shop can provide your dinner - highly recommended, and a brand new cafe ‘The Square’ are less than a minutes walk. Plenty of country walks on your doorstep and the world heritage City of Bath is only 6 miles.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

In a quiet village between Bath-15min & Bristol-15min near Bristol Airport, The Pig, Priston Mill, Glastonbury, etc. Tiny patio area and tiny grassy area. Parking for one car is next to the studio. The village pub, coffee shop/village shop is barely a 2 min walk away. Fab place to explore the local area or chill and make use of the fabulous local walking guides.

Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. Pop your feet up with a glass of wine while the log burner crackles in the background.
