Situated on a working cattle farm, this charming 100 year old Queenslander makes for the perfect country getaway. Renovated in the 90's the Blair Downs farm house is in the perfect location for those looking for a quiet weekend away, or anyone looking to explore the beautiful Noosa hinterland. A half hour drive to the beaches and restaurants of Noosa, 10 minutes from the peaceful Lake Cootharaba, and quaint township of Boreen Point, an hours drive to Rainbow Beach and two hours from Brisbane.

Your own 'private stretch of wilderness river only 15 mins from Hastings St, incl kayaks. 4 ac of bush, bordering state park. Die-for deck in the trees, fishing and wilderness type kayaking (provided) from garden. Kids adore it, parents too. Sit around a fire by the river cooking snags under the stars and listening to the mullet splashing. Maybe the kids have a line in the river (fishing gear provided). Noosa so near. Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range. It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

We are only a 100m walk to the gorgeous beach, where you can relax and unwind.The sleep you'll get here will be second to none! The front and back deck are beautiful spots to have a morning cuppa whilst listening to the birds sing! Grab a book and chill in our hammock. The property has plenty of space for off street parking and is fully fenced, giving peace of mind.
