A newly constracted cottage house, located in Agios Dimitrios area in the southeastern side of Tinos island. Total environmentally friendly and autonomous as the electricity power comes from solar panels. 1 master bedroom with double bed, living room with two sofas that can be used to accomodate one adult and a child. Minimal and relaxing decoration with traditional architecture. The garden is full of seasonal trees and bio-cultivated vegetables. Enjoy your private BBQ with the amazing view.

Η μαγική της θέα, καθώς και το απέραντο γαλάζιο που συναντάς σε κάθε γωνιά του σπιτιού προσφέρουν μια μοναδική και αξέχαστη διαμονή. Διακρίνεται για την άνεση και την ηρεμία που προσφέρει, ενώ φιλοξενεί άνετα από ένα έως και δύο ζευγάρια. Εσείς δεν έχετε παρά να απολαύσετε τον ήλιο,την απερίγραπτη θέα και να αφεθείτε στην άγρια ομορφιά και την ενέργεια του νησιού.

Μονοκατοικία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη σε παραθαλάσσια περιοχή με ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα, ανάμεσα σε δύο υπέροχες παραλίες του νησιού μας τον Άγιο Ρωμανό και την Απηγανια!!Φανταστική θέα!!!!Στην παραλία του Αγίου Ρωμανού υπάρχει πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο αλλά και από μονοπάτι (5 λεπτά) και διαθέτει οργανωμένο beach bar, ταβέρνα και καφετέρια.Η παραλία της Απηγανιας είναι παρθένα, μη οργανωμένη και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο από μονοπάτι (5-10λεπτα)!!Διατίθεται θέση στάθμευσης εντός της ιδιοκτησίας.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.
