Theros house 1 - Agios Fokas

Εάν θέλετε να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας, σε ένα ήσυχο, ευήλιο και οικογενειακό περιβάλλον, είστε στο κατάλληλο μέρος. Σε ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι, μόλις 150 μ. από την παραλία του Αγίου Φωκά και 2 χλμ από τη Χώρα και το λιμάνι της Τήνου. If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos.

Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Lygaria House Agios Romanos

Μονοκατοικία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη σε παραθαλάσσια περιοχή με ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα, ανάμεσα σε δύο υπέροχες παραλίες του νησιού μας τον Άγιο Ρωμανό και την Απηγανια!!Φανταστική θέα!!!!Στην παραλία του Αγίου Ρωμανού υπάρχει πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο αλλά και από μονοπάτι (5 λεπτά) και διαθέτει οργανωμένο beach bar, ταβέρνα και καφετέρια.Η παραλία της Απηγανιας είναι παρθένα, μη οργανωμένη και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο από μονοπάτι (5-10λεπτα)!!Διατίθεται θέση στάθμευσης εντός της ιδιοκτησίας.

Mykonos Divino 5 has 2 bedrooms in total, both with en-suite bathrooms and one double sofa bed in the living room. The villa possesses a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning area, among with comfortable and cozy sitting areas. In the exterior, the villa has its own infinity private pool 18sqm and a large terrace with amazing views to the old harbor and Aegean Sea. Mykonos Divino 5 is a ground level villa with a total of 80 sq.m that can accommodate comfortably up to 6 guests.

Sunny suite in a neoclassical 1870 town house

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Claire - Country House by the Sea.

Claire is our favorite holiday home of 45 square meters that was completely renovated in 2022. It is located right next to the sea, less than a minute walk from the beach and just 3.2 km from Tinos town while bordering the ancient temple of Poseidon and Amphitrite. It stands out for the Luxury, Comfort, tranquility and privacy it offers, while comfortably accommodating a family of four and couples. It also has a private parking space.

Πανέμορφο παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις, κατάλληλο και για οικογένειες. Συνδυασμός παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής κι αισθητικής με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Θέα στο λαγγάδι του Φαλατάδου, ένα μεγάλο παραδοσιακό χωριό με εστιατόρια και mini market, μόλις 15 λεπτά από τη Χώρα και από παραλίες. Κοντά στο δημόσιο πάρκινγκ του χωριού και στο κεντρικό σοκάκι. Εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Στο κεντρο της ομορφης ενδοχωρας της Τηνου στο παραδοσιακο οικισμο Σκαλαδος, λίγα μόνο χιλιόμετρα μακριά απο την παραλία της Κολυμπήθρας αναπαλαιωσαμε το σπιτι των προγονων μας : Casa Di Volto, ενα παραδοσιακο καλαίσθητο με πλήθος πετροχτιστων βολτων και υπερθυρων. Στο χωριο σε αποσταση αναπνοης μπορειτε να βρειτε το παραδοσιακο κεφενειο- μπακαλικο και μια ομορφη ταβερνα

The traditional stone building house is located only 200 m. from the entrance of Ano Syros (where all the vehicles stopped). Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys. The stone building keep the house cold even the most high temperatures of the summer days!
