Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Lovingly converted in 2021, Krow Kerrik was originally the cart house for Woolgarden , a farm nestled near the edge of Bodmin moor. Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.

Upstairs for the master suite with en-suite bathroom & views. Pets are welcome however they’ll be an additional cleaning fee.

The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Manu Propria overlooks the stunning North Cornish coastline with views from Pentire Head to Lundy Island. The nearest beach is located at the bottom of the picturesque Trebarwith Valley with nearby parking, or is only half an hour on foot via country lanes and footpaths. A great base for exploring Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Bodmin Moor. Manu Propria has been inspected and approved by Quality In Cornwall, who work in partnership with Visit Cornwall, Cornwall's official Tourist Board.

Sunnyside is a lovely traditional stone cottage in North Cornwall next to the beautiful coastal path and close to a fantastic surfing beach. It is within walking distance of Tintagel Castle and two fantastic Cornish pubs, plus conveniently located for many tourist attractions. The cottage has four bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen , a garden and outside terrace with table and seating, a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove, a games room with table-football and parking for three cars.

A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. There is outside space to enjoy along with views to Roughtor, the moor & the tallest hill in Cornwall, Brown Willy. The grassland around the property is perfect for active little legs (children or pets) to have a good stretch - we've even got enough tarmac for bikes, skateboards and roller-skates!
