Nearly 2,000 sq feet of grand home is yours to enjoy. New kitchen. Dining room and living room (with smart TV) have high ceilings, glittering chandeliers, lots of light. Hallway features half bath, utility closet, & work nook. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry upstairs. Sleeps 5-6, depending on your group (check bedrooms to see). Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

Enjoy Ithaca in a recently renovated downstairs apartment with bedroom, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette (sink, microwave, mini-fridge), and living room. Watch an incredible sunset on your own back patio. A trailhead leading directly into the heart of Ithaca is less than a mile away and waiting to be explored by bike or foot. This is a one bedroom, second story apartment located in Waverly, NY. We are centrally located, within minutes of Robert Packer Hospital & half an hour from Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital. We are within driving distance of Sayre, Elmira, Watkins Glen, Ithaca & Binghamton. Easy access to I-81. ***Max occupancy is four guests. Anyone staying overnight must be listed in the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if occupancy exceeds four guests. Animals prohibited.***

The Barn is a newly renovated upstairs apartment located on a horse farm. There are pastoral views and you can see the horses from your window. The apartment is on 45 acres with a pond and beautiful nature walks. The property is 9 miles/15 minutes from Cornell, Ithaca College and downtown Ithaca. We back up to Shindagin Hollow with 20 miles of trail for mountain biking, hiking , birding or snowshoeing. We are located in the Finger Lakes with wineries and breweries galore.

Enjoy your stay at Studio 705! A lovely space to unwind & relax after a busy day whether it's work or play. This is a 325 sq ft studio with a cozy atmosphere. The studio is attached to my house but you will have full privacy with a private entrance & bath. We are conveniently located 10 min from Ithaca College, 15 min from Cornell & 12 min to downtown Ithaca. The cottage includes a well-stocked kitchen and living room with smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
