Totally updated 2-bedroom duplex on a quiet block, near the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds. Just minutes to downtown Lafayette and Purdue University. Space consists of two bedrooms with a queen bed, and a twin trundle bed, which houses an additional twin bed. Plus, a full bathroom, comfortable living room, dining nook and a galley kitchen. Sand Hill Cottage is full of country charm and only 2.5 miles from Purdue. Get to campus quickly while enjoying the serene setting across from Fort Ouiatenon. Walking trail, bicycling routes, and boat ramp located within steps! Quaint 3 bed, 2 bath home fully remodeled in 2022. Convenient to Purdue & downtown Lafayette. Each bedroom & the living room have Roku smart TVs. Musical instruments included in living room. Enjoy overlooking Fort Ouiatenon from the front porch rocking chairs.

Perfect for families visiting the area or football/basketball fans. As a host who lives in the community, I am committed to using eco-friendly cleaning products that have no added PFAs. I maintain a natural lawn and yard without using harsh pesticides/herbicides, which means the grass isn't always weed-free, but is safe for pets and children.

The Black & Gold House Spacious Family Gatherings

Perfect place for a big family to stay while visiting Purdue University. This house is located in a family oriented neighborhood just 12 minutes from campus and 18 minutes to Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the back yard with a grill and fire pit. The neighborhood has a 1/4 mile walking path in the common area along with (2) two playgrounds, one at each side! This is accessible from the back yard.

Street parking only Less than 15 minutes to Ross Ade and Mackey Arena. 55 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. Quiet neighborhood in the heart of all Lafayette has to offer! We have details all through out the home that point to the hometown of Lafayette. The house is stocked with local coffee, butter, honey and other local goodies!
