Bungalow in a country retreat

A detached bungalow set back from the road situated in a quiet, semi rural location. Its my home which I rent out when I'm away so lots of home comforts. LIVING SPACE: Living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, conservatory and patio with seating area. BATHROOM: Walk-in shower. WORKSPACE: High speed WiFi with a Lap Top friendly work space in the rear bedroom. Complementary Tea, Coffee and breakfast cereals. NO SMOKING PARKING: Sloped shingle driveway with a tight turn to the parking area.

Set apart from the house, the Studio is a private cosy hide away with amazing views: a great place to unwind and enjoy the peace, a lovely continental breakfast is also included. Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. A cosy bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed suitable for little ones in the living room. Guests can use the courtyard to the side of the apartment.
