Easily accessed from A14 J10 and minutes from the larger towns of Kettering and Wellingborough from where central London is under an hour by train.

Nestled in the Northamptonshire countryside you'll find The Cottage at Montagu House. Once the original farm house for a farm, The Cottage has lots of original charms including old beams and a bread oven. Just a short walk away from the local and infamous Montagu arms pub and restaurant as well as wonderful countryside walks. The Cottage at Montagu House is a perfect getaway. River access in village for paddle boarding etc. Local shopping in Oundle/Thrapston with Waitrose etc within 5 miles.
