*THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE* We are only a 10 minute walk to the Indian River and nearby Kirk Point Park, where you can see rockets launch from the launch pad. We’re 35 minutes from Cocoa Beach, 25 from undeveloped natural Playalinda Beach. The "World's Most Famous Beach," Daytona, is a zip up I-95 north, forty-five minutes away. If you’re interested in visiting Orlando, Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, I-Drive, or anything else Orlando has to offer it’s all within a 45-60 minute drive.

This apartment is located in a separate area of the house with a private entrance. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 55” smart tv, dresser, closet, and 2 nightstands. The den contains a 50” smart tv, sink, microwave, table and 2 chairs, cooktop, small refrigerator/freezer, “L” shaped sofa. The bathroom has double vanity sink, shower, tub, linen closet and body soap dispenser. No shared areas. Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max included. Queen air mattress available. The Interior is spacious and cozy - a living room, office space, dining room and shared kitchen are downstairs. 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom upstairs. You will have full access to the pool and large outdoor area surrounded by mossy Live Oaks. Our home is settled in a quaint neighborhood. We live on-site, in the other wing of the house and are available if needed. All are welcome at Gigi's House!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach, only 40 minutes from Orlando. A great place to stay before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. You can watch the rocket launches right from the front yard or on the dock where we have a paddle board and kid kayaks available. We also have beach cruisers available upon request and a basketball hoop. Behaved pets welcome.

Our home is in a quiet residential area which is a short drive away from I95 and US1. We’re minutes to the ocean, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, and Merritt Island National Wildlife Sanctuary. There are parks, nature trails, and the Indian River close by for outdoor lovers. Amazing launch views minutes away as well! We enjoy meeting new people and would love the opportunity to make your stay here on the Space Coast a memorable one!
