Apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house in Kalimanj harbor; 50m from seaside - 200m from city center, easy to find by the Adriatic Highway. It's cozy and within its 45sqm it contains a large bedroom, with double bed that will give you a real sense of comfort. In the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, convertible sofa, air-conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi. At the apartment's entrance there is a terrace under the shade of vine and olives.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
