lovely apartment located by the beautiful lakes, in Copenhagen. Everything is within walking distance, such as Tivoli, Strøget, Torvehallerne, with its large selection of food, wine and generally just a good atmosphere of people from Denmark and a lot of tourists. The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.

Tæt på alt! I et lille stræde i centrum af København ligger vores charmerende lejlighed fra 1800. Latinerkvarteret. 5 min. gang til Nørreport Station og Botanisk have. Du er omgivet af hyggelige butikker, barer og restauranter. Ørsted Parken med café, grønne plæner, sø og blomster er et stenkast væk. Lejligheden har to soveværelser og et køkken-alrum. Her er fuldt udstyret køkken med vaskemaskine, toilet og brusebad. Oprindeligt var det to små lejligheder der nu er slået sammen. Glæd dig :-)

Sunny penthouse in quiet yard close to CPH station

Our apartment is located at the heart of Copenhagen in the beautiful and popular neighborhood Vesterbro – close to Tivoli, the best restaurants, and some of the most charming shopping streets, you can find. One of these streets is called Værnedamsvej or "mini-Paris" due to its french vibe, and it has been named 'one of the coolest streets in the world' multiple times. This lovely street, the central station and the beautiful lakes are only 5 minutes away on foot. As easy as it gets :)

Located on Frederiksberg C, right next to the lakes, you are close to everything Copenhagen has to offer. 5 min walk to Vesterbro, 5 min walk to Nørrebro and 10 min walk to Strøget (the main shopping street). On top, you have Forum Metro 6 min away and the main central station 10 min away walking distance. The building was fully renovated in May 2017 with only luxurious apartments. My home has everything and a little bit more to offer whether you are here for business or pleasure.

Large, light apartment in the heart of Copenhagen overlooking Peblingesøen – one of Copenhagens three rectangular lakes around the western margin of the city centre, forming one of the oldest and most distinctive features of Copenhagen’s topography. The apartment offers everything a couple or two needs during a vacation or business stay. The same goes for a family of children who have five minutes to Ørstedsparken's two playgrounds and a minute and a half to basketball court.

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, BUT ONLY IF YOU LOVE EACH OTHER – the 120 cm wide futon is now equipped with top mattress so guests no longer get back-aches. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

Huset har 4 etager (+ hems) med to sove-værelser (hver med dobbeltseng) med tilhørende badeværelse. Desuden mulighed for 4 sovepladser på hems og i stue. Der er forhave og baghave: i alt en unik bolig som fantastisk basis for skøn oplevelse af København.

You have your own bathroom, -kitchen, -dining room with bed and relax chair and all space on your own. There is a locked private room. This modern apartment is located close by City center and has a fantastic view of the Copenhagen Lakes and you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.
