Well structured apartment comprised of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely open space kitchen and living room, all connected by hallways. 2 balconies on different sides of the flat further complement the space and allow for enjoying a sunny day. The place comes equipped with all necessary amenities and appliances such as: WiFI, TV (international channels), dishwasher, cooker, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and hairdryer. Additionally, the apartment is cleaned to the highest standards and fresh linen, towels and premium bathroom toiletries are provided for each stay. You have access to the entire apartment, a beautiful back yard and free parking if required. We are available 24/7 for any kind of guidance. You will be greeted by one of our appointed and experienced staff members upon arrival. They are experts in giving suggestions about Copenhagen so please feel free to address any question you might have. Although this apartment is in the center of Copenhagen, it’s conveniently located on a quiet side street, away from the noisy boulevards. This beautiful newly built houseboat floats in one of Copenhagen's best locations with just a few minutes to everything. The houseboat is centrally located in 'Holmens canal' with Copenhagen Opera as neighbor and with nearby nature by Christianshavn's ramparts. City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 120 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

Charmerende luksus city lejlighed for et par (1 dobbeltseng) i gammel ejendom (købmandsbutik) fra 1900-talet, lige over for det gamle Kommunehospitalet, som nu er et universitet. Der er egen indgang under et lille træ, krukker og kaffe-latte-bænk foran. Det er en stille, solrig, ensrettet gade, med kig ned til søerne i den ene ende af gaden og Botanisk have’s drivhus i den anden ende af gaden. 2 min. til Stantsmuseum for kunst, stor park Østeranlæg. 4 min.gang til Nørreport station/metro.
