Mkelekele House is a private, beach-front family home in the middle of Tiwi Beach, a secluded stretch of unspoilt sandy shoreline to the south of Mombasa. Hidden amongst indigenous trees frequented by a myriad of birds and monkeys, the house is a tranquil space surrounded by nature. This exclusive beachfront home is one of the most beautiful and elegant beach houses on the Kenyan coast. A spacious family home, beautifully furnished and immaculately maintained by highly capable and loyal staff, including an excellent chef. The house is located on the main stretch of Tiwi Beach where the beach and sea bottom are sandy with great swimming in the Indian Ocean in the front yard. The house is surrounded by lush gardens and has three bedrooms all of which face the sea.

Bathrooms have hot water showers, soap, and fresh linen, bath, and beach towels. The house has direct access to a beautiful, secluded white-sand beach, perfect for children to explore rock pools and the reef.

The property has a view of the sea from the veranda and the Jacuzzi. The property also has private beach access to one of the most elusive and beautiful beaches in the world. The apartment is so close to the water that you don't have to put on your shoes to get to the beach. It is located in the Tamani compound and is behind four beach houses but has easy access to the pool and the beach. The Sails Seafood Restaurant is next door. Access to other restaurants and shops are within a short tuk tuk ride. Fishermen visit daily with fresh fish that the chef will cook for you.
