Located along the tranquil Toccoa River—right across Aska Rd—you’re less than 3 miles from scenic hikes, including the double waterfall at Fall Branch Falls. River tubing is also within walking distance. After a day of exploring, relax in the hot tub, grill under the stars, or gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories.

Excellent location for fishing, tubing & kayaking onsite. 20 mins to downtown Blue Ridge, 10 mins to downtown McCaysville & downstream from Lake Blue Ridge

The Toasted Marshmallow is a log cabin overlooking Lake Blue Ridge with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Located in the Aska Adventure area, we're just a short drive to Lake Blue Ridge where fishing, swimming, and boating are available. Carefully curated touches throughout the cabin are sure to touch on your definition of a cabin getaway. From the cozy reading nook to the craftsman firepit and the arcade gameroom, we’re sure your group will have a great time. Please read House Rules.

In the North Georgia mountains, The Roost is situated on the edge of the National Forest and hugs the banks of the Toccoa River. You can hike nearby trails, tube, kayak, swim, or fish during the day, then spend your evening relaxing in the hot tub on the screened porch overlooking the river. - Fully Stocked Kitchen - Sleeps 7 - Fire pit - Dog friendly: $75 fee per pet - Propane Grill - 40-45 minutes from nearby towns. House is equipped with outdoor Ring with a camera and flood light.

Nestled in the forest, surrounded by nature, Blue Bear Hideaway is the perfect place to, well, hideaway! This two bedroom/two bath cabin has all the charm of a rustic mountain retreat but provides guests with every amenity a city dweller could want. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and gas range. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and ensuite bath. A second full bath is adjacent to second bedroom with a queen bed.
