Stunning & tranquil Georgia mountain retreat on the Toccoa River. 3 master bedrooms (1 king/2 queen) & a bunk room with 4 beds. All bathrooms feature walk-in showers. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker & a wet bar on lower level. Deck extends to the water. Also has a fire pit, outdoor dining, grill, & plenty of outdoor seating. Excellent location for fishing, tubing & kayaking onsite. 20 mins to downtown Blue Ridge, 10 mins to downtown McCaysville & downstream from Lake Blue Ridge

The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

Although our cabin isn’t remote it is very convenient to shops and restaurants in the downtown district of Blue Ridge. We are literally off the main highway. Don’t forget to go on a train ride while visiting downtown!
