Apartamento completamente reformado, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y de uso exclusivo, se alquila al completo. Tenemos wifi, menaje completo en la cocina, plancha, secador de pelo, tv por internet, y todas las comodidades necesarias para que la estancia sea como estar en casa. Hay una zona común: la terraza de 80m2 que hay en la planta superior. Disponemos gratuitamente de cuna, barreras para cama y bañera con cambiador plegable para bebes. El apartamento esta en un tercero sin ascensor, no lo recomendamos para personas con movilidad reducida; por el contrario, su estupenda ubicación en pleno centro hace que subir un tramo de escalera sea mucho mejor que andar cientos de metros por las pendientes cuestas del casco histórico, no dudéis en valorar esta característica. Estamos a menos de un minuto andando de la plaza de Zocodover, centro neurálgico de la vida del casco donde están la mayoría de bares, restaurantes y tiendas de moda, a 200 metros del único supermercado (Carrefour, precios muy económicos) que hay en todo el casco.
