Your well-behaved furry friends are welcome to join you at the lake house, with a $75 pet cleaning fee. Please help keep the lake house pet friendly by picking up after your pet. Thank you!

A lakeside home in a quiet neighborhood with lake access and dock. Close to Cornell, IC, state parks, and the wine trails. Walk to the Black Diamond Trail from the front door. Kayaks, fishing poles available. Bring your snowshoes, hiking shoes or bicyles. 42 steps down to the door from our easy off road parking. Another 53 steps down gets you to the shore. Quiet neighborhood. No guests, no parties, no motorized boats or jet skis, no pets, no smoking.

This 1500 sq. foot cottage is situated on the shoreline of Cayuga Lake. Spend your days exploring the wineries of the Finger Lakes region, cycling our rural roads, swimming in the lake, or just relaxing on the deck. Fall, winter and spring are great times to enjoy the beauty of the lake as well. The cottage is on a private road in a quiet neighborhood. Myers Park is a short walk away. Located just 10 miles from Cornell University and Ithaca, NY.

Scottland Yard Farm proudly offers 'The Queen's Quarter's'. This (dog friendly) sweet little attached home will easily accommodate 5 people. It has a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a loft with a full size bed and twin floor mattress. There is a lovely full size marble bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The open living room kitchen area has a cozy propane operated fireplace.

My place is available for three night minimum in June, July, and August and two night minimum in the off season. We do rent year round as our driveway is promptly plowed and maintained in the winter. We are close to parks and restaurants. Nice ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
