A very spacious, centrally-located apartment, on-site parking, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Very comfortable for 6 guests, and can accommodate upto 10. In the pretty market-town of Tonbridge. 3-minute walk from the station with quick links to London and the coast, and 1-minute walk from a large park with boating, crazy golf, table tennis, skate park etc. Outside area and parking for 2 cars. Tonbridge boasts 2 large supermarkets and many cafes, restaurants, bars, and 2 theatres.

The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance.
