It's just 4 min drive to Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min to the Uni of South Qld and 10 min to the Toowoomba town centre. Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The property is set into East Creek Parkland & consists of 2 private, self contained suites 40 & 42. 42 is the front guest suite & enjoys lovely park views from the front deck and its large windows in the queen size B/R. With french doors opening onto the deck, generous built in robes and large drawer unit & bedside draws, this room is a winner. Seperate toilet and bathroom bath. open plan living areas.
