Welcome to this freshly painted and comfortable country cottage on our 150 acre farm only 20 minutes from Toowoomba & 10 minutes from Oakey. Main bedroom has a small deck to sit & enjoy view. The new kitchen & living area enjoys country views with fireplace, air-conditioning & smart TV with Foxtel. We breed dropers, have 2 alpacas and frequent sightings of koalas. Horses welcome with 2 stables available. Only 26 minutes to Toowoomba Show Grounds. We can provide fresh eggs when available.

Tenants have use of a fully self contained one bedroom unit with a queen bed & a sofa in the living area that can sleep 1 adult or 1-2 children. WiFi is available but there are no laundry facilities. A great place to stopover for weary travelers as we're just 7 mins from the Gore Hwy & the town of Southbrook. Ample parking. Complimentary tea & coffee.

The listing writes 9 beds but only 6 can sleep alone, 9 can stay. Entire house means I do not stay in your half as the place is like flats and or a duplex. Suburbia is right behind, awesome rural hectares view from front yard. The right side of shed and front yard is yours. Smokers ok Fire pit can be used 1st bag of wood free
