The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

Topolia House is a hospitable 4-bedroom house with a common swimming pool in the peaceful, charming village of Topolia. It is located 12 km from the nearest sandy beach, placed between the famous beaches of Falassarna and Elafonisi (26-30 km respectively). Topolia House features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a sharing pool with three other smaller houses, and it is ideal for nature lovers and hikers. A mini-market and a nice tavern are reachable on foot, and a car is needed for your holidays.
