It offers plenty of deck space with views of the intracoastal waterway. The neighborhood has private beach access and a day dock perfect for relaxing. The house has a newly renovated bathroom and comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The backyard is shaded by live oaks. Ideal for a beach getaway and is located just 3 miles from the bridge.

It's small and we love it for that, an immaculately clean 3-bedroom with beach access just across the street. I built both outdoor showers myself, so it feels calm and cared for the second you walk in. Beach gear, kid toys, even a surfboard, and an EV charger if you need it. Here's what's waiting for you:
