It is just 20 minutes to the Beacons and nestled into one of the prettiest wooded hillsides in the area. The house itself is pleasant, warm and welcoming, providing everything you could need for your stay. The lower floor has oak floors, while the upper floor has toasty wool carpets for a cosy stay. Relax with the whole family, your friends and pets. From the enclosed garden surrounded by farmland, watch the narrowboats pass along the canal or enjoy a BBQ in the afternoon sun. The refurbished house has three en-suite bedrooms, a large live-in kitchen, sitting room with 40" TV and a wood burning stove. Firewood is provided free. You can remain warm with a clean eco-conscience as the house is well insulated with underfloor heating provided by solar panels and an airforce heat pump.

Wern farm cottage is a newly renovated property located on Monmouthshire and brecon canal. Open the front door and you will be greeted by a fantastic view of the beautiful working canal, with stunning barge boats passing daily. The long stretch of canal offers fantastic walking and cycling trails to see the beautiful views that South Wales has to offer. Our beautiful cottage has a double bedroom and twin room which sleeps 4 comfortably. Free on road parking at the property.

Ty Pentref is nestled right in the heart of of Cwmcarn village, very close to the beautiful Cwmcarn Scenic Drive, mountain biking trails and Twmbarlwm walks. We are less than 20 miles from Cardiff City. Within a 1 Hr drive, you can reach Cardiff Bay, Wye Valley, Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog) Forest of Dean, Bristol and Hereford. A little further, approx and hour and 20 mins you can visit beautiful beaches and towns in the Mumbles and The Gower.
