The chalet has most of everything you need, it is our home away from home! We are dog friendly, so the whole family can come! Hiawassee has much to offer- shopping, spas, movie theater, fine dining, water sports and Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Young Harris College is only 7 minutes away. Pickle ball courts and a free beach is only minutes away.

Welcome to "Patty's Place", a quiet retreat, where you can escape the hustle and bustle to relax reading a book near the creek or spend a rainy day playing games or a puzzle inside. Our place in Hiawassee is close to Lake Chatuge, Brasstown Bald, the Appalachian Trail, and Bell Mountain for outdoor experiences and only a 20 mile drive into Helen's Alpine Village. A percentage of all proceeds are donated to Alzheimer's support programs honoring the legacy of my mother, Patty.
