Access to kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, laundry, patio. 2 small friendly dogs. Light breakfast available. I can recommend places to visit/eat. Not suitable 4 children/teens, pets, sorry

The living area, bathroom and the kitchenette are semi outdoor with a two gas burner stove top, a mini oven and a bar fridge. The deep salt 10m pool is shared with the 3 other guest houses. 5 mins walk to the waterfront of Rose Bay, bus stop, shops and a Thai restaurant. Close to city and airport. Located in a quiet street in an old Townsville seaside suburb. The house is a Queenslander. I am German and do speak it as well. I have worked with Queensland education for more than 20 years and have now retired. My hobbies are gardening, mosaics, yoga and my family with my grandchildren.
