Whether you are looking to relax, adventure outdoors, or enjoy live music at the nearby Caverns, our tiny home, Ripple Reed Cove, is the perfect escape. Feel as though you are waking up in the trees with floor to ceiling windows. We are one of the few homes in the neighborhood with a private dock – perfect for savoring your morning coffee or taking in the gorgeous sunsets. Our tiny home is the optimal getaway with a full kitchen, fire pit, spacious living room and multiple outdoor living spaces.

Spacious Lakeside Retreat w/ Hot Tub & King Beds

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway home. Our custom built tiny cabin has 744 sq ft of indoor living with two private bedrooms and 2 full baths. The loft is great for kids. Additional amenities include fireplace, dedicated working space and fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor area includes a large deck, fire pit, luxury hot tub and grill. Sits on 2 acres of wooded land & features a community lake down the street. If you have additional guests, ask about our tree house located next door.

Eco Container Cabin

Country cottage built from two 40-foot, shipping containers. One-bedroom, full kitchen and bath, covered parking on Tennessee's Eco-Rich Cumberland Plateau. Hike miles of wooded trails. It's a short walk to our 50-foot waterfall. Disclaimer: Waterfall flow is subject to fluctuations in temperature, seasonal droughts, & rainfall. Most favorable seasons for waterfall flow are fall, winter & early spring". Located across a breezeway from the main house. Dedicated covered parking for one car.

Twin Oaks tiny house at The Retreat at Waters Edge

Nestled among the oak trees on Monteagle mountain with amazing views of the Fiery Gizzard reservoir, Twin Oaks tiny house is the perfect getaway! Explore the outdoors on hiking trails that lead to waterfalls, see concerts and enjoy eateries, and it's all so easy to get to! Lots of glass that brings the outdoors in if you just want to relax. Each season brings its own unique perspective. Twin Oaks is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Stay one night or stay a month, you'll love your time here!

Cozy Tiny Home w/large deck, hot tub and firepit

The Trail House is perfectly placed among the trees with many tall windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The large 2-tiered deck has two separate sitting areas. Hike, rock climb, bike, cave, kayak, fish, swim at the base of the waterfalls or sit and relax. Do it all, do absolutely nothing, or a little of both here at the Trail House. There is a second larger home on the same property that can be rented separately listed as New Tiny Home in the Mountains. Shown in last photo.

Enjoy an open layout w/ vaulted ceilings & natural earth-tone features, a full functioning kitchen & dining area, bedrooms w/ king size beds that each come with their own attached bathroom & a large screen porch w/ a view that will take your breath away. All the fun, recreational activities are right outside your door! Dog friendly!

New 2 bedroom cabin in the Water's Edge community. Spacious family room to enjoy fireplace, TV, and dining area. Private hot tub! Master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, trundle, and a loft. Outdoor living space patio with a grill, table, couch, and firepit. Multi video game system. There is a community lake, playground, and hiking trail. We have two stand-up paddle boards, 1 adult kayak, and 1 child kayak. Pack n' play and high chair available.
