Step inside and you'll find yourself in a cozy and inviting space, filled with natural light and earthy tones. The Hobbit House features a comfortable living area, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a stove, fridge, and all the necessary utensils.

Patio is a stunning sun trap with views of the river Sett and village of Hayfield. Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening wine relaxing on the patio watching the ducks float across the river or a cosy evening in front of the living room log burner. The River Sett meanders from the reservoir at the foot of Kinder Scout, through the village passing the cricket pitch, church and village hall.
