Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

The "Carraige House at Brevard" is conveniently located near downtown Brevard, North Carolina. Newly constructed, newly listed with a contemporary farmhouse style. It is situated on 6-1/2 acres with mountain and French Broad River valley views. Easy walk to Oskar Blues Brewery, bike path to Pisgah National Forest and the Davidson River. Our cabin offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect place for anyone that loves the outdoors!!

The apartment has a full kitchen, large shower and a fire pit on the deck for your enjoyment This area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, music lovers, hikers and cyclists. If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.
