This 52 sqm (560 sq ft) apartment, recently redesigned and furnished, is located in the heart of the Old Town of Brasov - Piata Sfatului. The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. The main room is 28 sqm (300 sq ft) and it features a living room area with a sofa and two armchairs, 42 Inch HDTV with Satellite (over 100 channels including English, German, Italian, Russian), WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen area with Miele appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove), dining room area for up to four people, and much more. The apartment has a small balcony hanging over Piata Sfatului. Take your chair and book, step out on the balcony and enjoy the sun and the lively atmosphere of the square. The apartment also features a 13 sqm (140 sq ft) lovely loft where the bedroom is located. The bathroom is covered with warm-colored Vratza limestone and has a minimalist design. It includes ViIleroy&Boch WC and sink and a Hansgrohe Raindance shower. Everything inside is brand new and top of the line done in modern renovation style. This apartment is the ultimate luxury that Brasov has to offer in the absolutely most charming central location. For American tourists, 110V US standard wall plugs are available throughout the apartment. This ultra luxurious and brand newly renovated studio apartment is located in the very heart of Brasov's historic district directly next to the main square of Piata Sfatului and near all of downtown Brasov attractions including the well-known Biserica Neagra which is across the square. Dozens of restaurants, cafes and nightclubs are all nearby. This home belongs to a set of three apartments which occupy the first floor of the building. The resulting 220 sqm extended apartment can host a party of 8-10 people.

It has access to off-road parking, a private entrance and outdoor space with a hammock. Sohodol is an idyllic Romanian village etched into the hills surrounding Bran; 20 minutes walk downhill to one of Romania’s premier tourist attractions but removed enough from the commotion to enjoy the peace, tranquility and unmatched beauty of the Carpathian mountains.

There are 2 small loft room, ( aprox. 9 sqm/each) situated in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden, 10- 15 minutes walking distance to the city center. The room has a private bathroom and equipped with led tv, kettle, minibar, microwave etc. Free Wi-Fi also included. Minor differences in details. Maximum capacity: 1 person/room. Please pay attention that this a loft and the ceiling may be low to some parts of the studio. One of the room will be yours, not all of them, of course.

Relaxing Studio

If you are looking for a city break in the heart of Cluj-Napoca or simply on a business trip, this is the perfect apartment for you. It is located near the Student’s Culture House and close to Union Square, the most center part of the city. The building dates back from 1717 and represents a local historical monument, therefore it’s architecture is completely unique, combining different styles. This is especially noticeable in the design of the ceiling.

Bike Loft | Unique Transylvanian Retreat

Bike House 141 is our “homemade home”. This 250-year-old Transylvanian Saxon house used to be a bike shop. We restored it to save its charm! It's located in the historic area of the Brașov Old Town, at 30 minutes walking distance from the Black Church. The area is residential and quiet. The Bike House 141 features three apartments and a shared courtyard. We're pet-friendly and offer free bikes for exploring the city at your own pace!

The apartment is situated in a new building (2016) and is very close to Botanical Garden (12 min. walking), 2 km to the Center of the city. Nearby (3 min. walking) is a shopping center, with Lidl, restaurants, pharmacy, and others. Recomanded for groups and families.
