Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Retreat from the rat race in this great getaway for 4 adults( no kiddos under 12). The Carriage House is located on a small farm vineyard and winery. Located between Greenville & Asheville so accessible to hiking, Paris Mt, Caesar's Head, Table Rock, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, antiques, breweries & wineries. The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
