Treasure Beach-Fully Furnished Monthly Rental

Move in ready and fully furnished in beautiful Treasure Beach. This home is available for monthly rental and ideal for mid-term and long-term stays. Guests pay monthly rent and utilities only without the traditional first, last, & security deposit required thanks to Airbnb coverage. A $500 USD REFUNDABLE utility deposit is required, with the balance returned after final utility charges are deducted. Likewise usage above the deposit will be billed to guests. Utility is NOT included in the rent.

The Monicove Villa

Located on the beachfront in Parkers Bay,3-bedroom villa offers an outdoor pool, hot tub and terrace with ocean views. Monicove features free Wi-Fi a fully equipped kitchen. The Monicove villa has stylish modern décor, a balcony and a living-dining area with flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes an oven and microwave. Monicove is located 1.5 km from White House town centre. The Black River and the Ys Falls are within a 30-minute drive, while Negril and Montego Bay are around an hour’s drive away.

Pon Di Rock, Studio with Sunset Views

Beautiful, colorful and very cozy Studio room in the middle of Pon di Rock Gardens with a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean and a well equipped kitchen. The room is situated higher up on the property with gorgeous views of Fort Charles beach. The Likkle Beach is a 5 min walk. Treasure beach center and Black River are a few minutes drive where you will find restaurants and entertainment. Sunsets and Moonsets are the best from this room.
