Mawgan Porth Home with a view of the beach (small)

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

The perfect escape for two. With a cosy kingsize bed that's raised so you can enjoy the far reaching views, your very own stylish bathroom and a hand crafted simple kitchen. The outside area is a real suntrap, perfect for those morning coffees and evening BBQ's. An ideal base to explore from.

Luxury Holiday Home with Hot Tub & Sea views

Spacious luxury holiday home, with sea and countryside views, hot tub( subject to extra set up fee), outside terraces, decking and private gardens. Tygwella is situated adjoining the National Trust headland, overlooking Porthcothan Bay, 5 miles from Padstow . The house is suitable for family beach holidays, or for groups of families or friends looking for a special place to spend time relaxing by the coast. We look forward to welcoming you to our very special place by the sea.

Tressa. Beautiful shepherds hut. Village location.

Tressa is a brand new shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. There is an outdoor patio and small sheltered eating area. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

The Nook

The Nook was purpose built in 2019 to be an ideal place for a single person, couple, or family to stay; we also welcome well behaved pets! Newly decorated for 2025 and a short walk from the beach and tidal pool. Close by is a fabulous farm shop for milk, croissants and other essentials. The neighbouring town of Padstow is a couple of minutes away by car or a walk through the fields or along the coast for some world class dining options. There is parking for one car.

Bijou Garden Cottage near Padstow & North Coast

Grove Cottage (sleeps 2 + 2 dogs) is set in a quiet garden in the conservation area of the small historic market town of St Columb Major. Recently restored and refurbished to a high standard - it is compact, cosy and full of character. The cottage has a conservatory, private courtyard, enclosed garden and off-road parking space. St Columb caters for all your daily needs and is ideally located to explore all of Cornwall. The sea and surf are only 7 minutes away!

Poppy Lodge & hot tub, St Merryn nr Padstow

Poppy Lodge is a beautifully-furnished lodge with private hot tub at Atlantic Bays Holiday Park, near Padstow. 7 fabulous beaches within a few minutes drive. The Park has a children's playground, bar & restaurant serving home-cooked food. Note - the restaurant/playground is currently closed due to wind damage Ideal for couples or families. Our other lodges (Amaryllis & Foxglove) are a minute's walk away & can be booked together for larger groups.
