House in Beddingestrand (Beddinge läge) located on a very quiet and private spot appr 25 meters from a beatiful and secluded beach with sandbanks. The house has three bedrooms. Two normal and one very small suitable for one person or two kids. Extra bed for infants. Stunning view over the ocean from both floors. Big garden. Nice walking paths just around the corner. Walking/cycling distance to restaurants, large bathing jetty, golf club and Smygehuk, the most southern point in Sweden (west).

UNIKT SOMMARHUS PÅ MAGISKT LÄGE

En liten bit av paradiset... Det är så det känns när man kliver in i detta fantastiska hus som ligger nedbäddat bakom kritvita sanddyner på en stor naturtomt vid havets rand. Huset, i välbevarat originalskick från 1961, har en anspråkslös elegans och är samtidigt så genialiskt i sin enkelhet. Arkitekten bakom skapelsen är Sten Samuelsson som ritade det tillsammans med ägaren, den välkände fotografen Georg Oddner som hade detta som sommarhus. Här kunde han dra sig undan och njuta av lugnet.

Finns grill och utemöbler att tillgå.

Welcome to our magical wooden beachhouse in Beddingestrand, set in a secluded wildflower garden 200m from nature reserve and the sea. As soon as you step into the garden all stress melts away. Beddinge is a place to take it easy and live a simple life. Read your book, sketch, think, write, cook good food, go for walks along the beach, take a swim, go for bike rides. The house is only min walk away from the from the 18 hole Beddinge golf course, making it an excellent stay for golfers.

Beach house in Trelleborg

A modern minimalistic villa just 30 meters from the ocean. It is a modern villa with all the equipment you need. The neigbourhood is quiet and calm. You most often hear the sea, but beside from that it is completely quiet. Most often you have the beach here for yourselves and it goes for miles in the eastern direction. There is free parking for 2-3 cars outside. It is close to the centre of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, fräscha boende med badrocksavstånd till fantastisk sandstrand. Njut av sköna strandpromenader, strandhäng eller varför inte ta en cykeltur längst kusten till Smygehuk. (Cyklar finns att hyra). Busshållplats utanför dörren så du enkelt kan ta dig till Trelleborg centrum, Malmö och Köpehamn. Fantastisk miljö och nära till både matbutik, restaurang och golf. Varmt välkomna till oss!
