Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It's a short walk from Bossiney Bay, a wonderful tidal cove that is dog-friendly all year round (Pathway to cove has steep steps) It's also close to both Boscastle and Tintagel in North Cornwall. Offering a master bedroom with double bed and dressing table and a second room with two small single beds, this accommodation is perfect for a get-away-from-it-all break or a relaxed week or two.
