Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Unwind in our beautiful getaway “Flip Flops” nestled in the village of St Merryn within walking distance of the coast path restaurant and shops. Within a few miles there are at least 7 beaches where you can enjoy surfing, walks and a bit of the good life! "Flip Flops" is ideal for families or couples, with a double bedroom and a bunk room, with open plan kitchen and lounge area in the centre. Eating is either on the bar stools in the kitchen area or “alfresco” on those balmy summer evening...

It feels like you are away from everyone but still only a 5 minute stroll from St Merryn with its convenience store,bakery,3 restaurants,wine bar,traditional pub,tea rooms and Rick Stein's Cornish Arms. Newquay is 8 miles south and Newquay Airport only about 6 miles. The coastal path links all the way from Padstow to Newquay past our 7 local beaches. All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
