There is a paddle boat & kayaks available with life jackets. Use at your own risk. There are pontoon boat rentals nearby Barkley Marina. PONTOON ON PROPERTY IS NOT FOR USE. Refilling propane tank for grilling is up to the guest. There are a couple of gas stations nearby where you can refill the tank.

Near Lake Barkley and Land Between the Lakes for boating, fishing, swimming, and hiking. Though secluded, you’re about 10 minutes to fuel and 15 minutes to Cadiz for groceries and restaurants. This is a rural property. If you want quiet, fresh air, and a place to unplug, you’ll love it here.

Cozy and family friendly space with plenty of space to park your boat, trailer, or toys. We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
