Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού. Κάτω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ. O ποταμός Λούσιος βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά για μια περιπετειώδης περιήγηση!

Το κατάλυμα φιλοξενεί μέχρι 5 επισκέπτες. Διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Επίσης θα βρείτε εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο, φούρνο και φούρνο μικροκυμάτων. H Villa Arcadia διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια. Είναι ιδανική για την διαμονή 6 ενηλίκων και 2 παιδιών (2-12 ετών) . Διαθέτει 1 μεγάλο μπάνιο με υδρομασάζ. Για μεγαλύτερες οικογένειες ή παρέες μέχρι 12 ατόμων ( μόνο 8 ενήλικες + 4 παιδιά) διατίθεται επιπλέον η σουίτα της Villa Arcadia που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα ( 2 ενήλικες & 2 παιδιά) σε ένα χώρο 70 τμ με υπνοδωμάτιο , καθιστικό, τραπεζαρία και 1 μεγάλο μπάνιο.
